marine equipment. In order to be
established as a marine dealer, we require that you furnish us with ALL of the following information: |

A copy of your advertisement or listing from the yellow pages as it appears under the marine headings, a copy of a published trade paper advertisement which verifies your marine business or services or your website address. |
| 2. | A copy of your marine business license and state resale permit. |
| 3. | A copy of your letterhead, purchase order or invoice bearing your marine heading. |
| 4. | A list of marine suppliers with whom you are currently established as a marine dealer. |
If you are requesting O.E.M. pricing, the following is also required:
| 5. | Pictures of your molds and copies of the literature on your boats or manufactured equipment, AND your assigned U.S. Coast Guard Number. |
| Please
be advised, that no discounts will be extended to you until ALL of this
information is furnished to us and we determine that you are a qualified marine dealer. This information is
needed to protect our dealers and builders who are entitled to full consideration. If you have any questions regarding
